How do I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery or bank deposit — we don't currently process card payments online. You'll choose your method right after you place your order.
What's my reference number for?
Every order gets a unique reference number. Our team uses it to confirm your order and, for bank deposit orders, to match your payment. Keep it handy until your order is confirmed.
Is my order confirmed right away?
Not immediately — placing an order reserves your items, and a team member reaches out within 24 hours by phone or email to confirm details before it ships.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Belize, to the Corozal, Orange Walk, Belize, Cayo, Stann Creek, and Toledo districts.
What's the difference between “In Stock” and “Pre-Order”?
In-stock items are ready to ship. Pre-order items are ordered on your behalf and may take a little longer to arrive.
