Refund Policy

This policy explains when orders placed with Just Be Victorious can be cancelled, returned, or refunded. It applies to both payment methods we accept — cash on delivery and bank deposit.

If you chose cash on delivery, no payment is taken until your order arrives — so cancelling before then costs you nothing. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel; if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, you can simply decline it at the door and no charge applies.

If you paid by bank deposit and need to cancel:

• In-stock items — full refund if the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, see Section 4 (Returns).
• Pre-order items — full refund if we have not yet placed the order with our supplier on your behalf. Once an item has been ordered in for you, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the cost already committed on your order.

Refunds for bank deposit payments are returned to the same account the payment was made from.

If your order has already been delivered and you'd like to return it, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with a request made within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back — items returned without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

If a size doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll do our best to exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns in Section 4.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time you placed your order governs that order.
