Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thejbvway.com and any order you place with Just Be Victorious ("Just Be Victorious", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We list shoes as either "In Stock" or "Pre-Order". In-stock items are ready to ship; pre-order items are ordered on your behalf and may take longer to arrive. We try to keep sizes and stock levels accurate, but availability can change between browsing and checkout — if an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund of any amount paid.

Placing an order reserves your items and generates a reference number, which our team uses to confirm your order. An order is not final until confirmed by a JBV team member — we may reach out by phone or email to verify details before fulfillment.

We do not process online card payments. Orders are paid one of two ways:

• Cash on delivery — have the exact total ready in cash when your order is delivered.
• Bank deposit — deposit the total to the account details we provide, including the reference code, before your order ships.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We currently deliver within Belize, to the district you select at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by item — in-stock items typically ship sooner than pre-order items, which depend on when the item arrives to us. A team member will confirm delivery details with you directly.

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided.

The Site's design, branding, logo, and content belong to Just Be Victorious and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Product images are provided for browsing purposes and remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Be Victorious's total liability arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
